You’ll have a good idea of the progress YOU too can make when you work your way through this program. The videos will show you the progress I have made over the last 4 weeks. This week I plan to post some videos comparing my Insanity MAX:30 week 1 workouts versus my Insanity MAX:30 week 4 workouts. Even with the stress of my upcoming move, I am still able to rock my workout. Cardiovascular endurance and strength keep improving. MAX:30 never gets EASY but I can say after doing this Cardio Challenge once a week for FOUR weeks, I am getting a lot better. Giving up usually happens at about this point or maybe closer to next week. If you have been following along on my journey, you know that I have attempted to complete this program TWICE and I have never done it. I can’t believe I made it to week 4 of Insanity MAX:30.
